Amarelle stores the data you enter so you can run your practice. Nothing you upload is sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train models.
What we store
Your profile, clients, leads, sessions, uploaded recordings and their transcripts, your brand brief and any generated content drafts.
Session recordings
Recordings live in a private storage bucket accessible only to your account. They are sent to a transcription provider solely to produce your transcript, and are never used to generate marketing content.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment provider. We only store your subscription plan and status.
Deleting your data
You can delete recordings and transcripts at any time, export your data as CSV, and request full account deletion by contacting us.
